history.origins
Scott Talbot Salonspa originated from a name Canton and Akron has been familiar with for over 34 years, Garys Place Salons. Founded by Gary Gerber in 1975, the salon chain was purchased in 1999 by Jeff and Susan Scott and Shelly Talbot who slowly transformed the salons into the current Grand Salonspas and Protégé salon you can enjoy today.

Our community is very important to us. And we contribute not only financially, but also with our personal time. We are proud to be engaged in many community projects as well as with those groups supporting various local charities.
Scott Talbot Salonspa is especially committed to Camp Quality Ohio, a camp designed for children with cancer. While spending time at the camp, we offer hair and spa services for an annual mid-week dance as well as holding a Spring fund raising benefit to ensure the great service the camp provides continues.
