With over 19 years of experience to offer, Anne has celebrated her entire career with the Scott Talbot team. Specializing in cuts, color, and waxing….. Anne’s primary focus is providing her clients with an experience that helps them customize their individual look and color design. Attention to detail and genuine client satisfaction are Anne’s top priorities. She shares her passion and energy for the industry she loves while training countless assistants and apprentices each year in hopes they too will develop their craft. When Anne isn’t at the salon she is enjoying family time with her husband and 3 children. Sporting events, school activities, and family vacations make for a busy and fun-filled season of life.
Tara Bender
Over the course of her 25 years in the health and beauty industry, Tara says the different people she meets help to inspire her the most, day-to-day. She appreciates their unique personalities and uses that connection to be creative when working one-on-one. Tara also appreciates the comradery among her fellow professionals and the way they mesh to give their clients an experience that’s second-to-none. When not helping her clients, Tara likes to spend her time with her husband and her two beloved children at home. Her best advice for anyone new? Be particular in everything you do.
Krista Sands
“Is what I am doing true? Helpful? Inspiring? Kind? ALWAYS be a rainbow in someone else’s cloud.” These are the words Krista Sands lives and works by, every day. Whether training or mentoring an associate or working closely with another member of the Scott Talbot SalonSpa family, Krista expresses her love for the industry and her clients in the high-quality level of her work and her amazing attitude towards service. Outside of work, Krista loves to go to the gym, cook for her family, and spend time with her children.

Theresa Longo
With over 40 years of experience, Theresa Longo is an incredibly passionate master stylist constantly updating her skills to showcase the latest techniques and trends. Theresa attended the National Beauty School for her formal training and frequently continues her education with various color and cutting classes.
Theresa recognized her own passion for hair as a child, but it wasn’t until Junior High when she practiced on family members where others noticed her natural talents as well. Her love of helping others shines through in her work; performing cuts, colors, perms, and styling to all of her clients with care and great attention to detail. Theresa believes it is never too late to learn new things and would like to explore the skill of hair extensions.
Some of Theresa’s hobbies include baking, golfing, shopping, being with family, and spending time with grandchildren. She is caring, sincerely enjoys helping others, and lives by the motto, “Treat others as you would like to be treated”.
Sue Lees
For Sue Lees, two talents resound throughout her life; her aptitude for art and design, as well as her understanding of business. After attending college for two years, Sue learned to follow her instincts and left to enroll in Gerber Beauty School. There, she was able to harness her skills in both business and design. She thrives on solving problems and understands the importance of self evolvement by saying, “A hairstylist must always have their mind open to creating individual styles that reflect her guest’s personality…teaching the guest to understand and recreate their style.”
Sue takes her passion for creativity outside of the salon and puts it to good use by sewing, painting, and has recently taken to motorcycling and camping. Sue feels grateful to be in profession where she can be not only a hairstylist, but an artist as well.
Shirley Burgess
Shirley Burgess is a well-rounded professional stylist with extensive training in color, color correction, haircutting, make-up, skincare and brow shaping. Aside from being extremely talented and driven, Shirley has become a successful stylist mainly due to her genuine interest in the creative aspect of her work and the inspiration and freedom of her artistry.
Shirley thrives on the transformation of each client that sits in her chair. Each face is an opportunity to help someone look and feel his or her best. In the future, Shirley looks forward to exploring options in hair restoration. If you can catch her away from the salon, Shirley enjoys working with children, going to the beach, and reading.
Mina Baldaia
Mina Baldaia is a natural born creative thinker. The moment she first stepped onto the salon floor of a cosmetology school she knew she was meant for the beauty industry. “Helping people look beautiful, feel beautiful, and achieve beauty on their own,” is very important to Mina. She sincerely enjoys building relationships with her guests.
Trained in multiple hair care brands, her most notable training to date is the L’Oreal Hair Academy in New York City.
When this outgoing stylist is not working hard at the salon she is dancing, cooking, reading and spending time with family.

Justine Holland
Justine Holland wants all of her clients to look great and feel great about themselves when they walk out the door. She has spent 39 years in the beauty industry learning how to do just that and consistently uses that knowledge to her clients benefit! Working with all types of clients at Scott Talbot’s SalonSpa, she can help them achieve their own personal perfection and teach others how they can help their clients too. Off the clock, Justine enjoys spending time at home, fitness, and running.
Karla Bolanz
After braiding the hair of an entire girls High School basketball team, a possible career dawned on Karla Bolanz. Her extremely outgoing personality and love for problem solving set Karla above her peers throughout Beauty School and continue to make her a sought-out stylist.
Karla is not shy to change and loves to work with different hair color techniques and styles. When asked her favorite part of the job, Karla responded by saying, “All the positive feedback when you change someone’s hair and they love it!” In her spare time, Karla enjoys horseback riding, playing scrabble, and any activities that take her outside.
Amy Fogle
Omgosh! Does Amy Fogle just LOVE people. Interacting with them, making them look and feel their best – wherever you see smiles, Amy can’t be far behind. Over the course of her 24-year career, Amy has grown professionally by leaps and bounds – taking classes and improving her skills so she can help her clients love themselves. Amy loves to tell everyone: “you have to love what you do,” and it shows in all of her exceptional work at Scott Talbot SalonSpa.

After years of watching her mother, a hair stylist, transform clients Rachel Kramer was inspired to pursuit hair styling.
Upbeat and positive, Rachael enjoys working with people and making them feel beautiful. Beyond her chair, she provides tips and tricks to her clients to help them maintain the look they want at home.
When she’s not working with hair, Rachael can be found decorating and restoring vintage furniture.
Staci Oliver
The self-proclaimed “go-to girl” when friends hit a hair crisis, Staci Oliver found her true passion for hair in college. Outgoing, creative, and positive, Staci enjoys meeting new guests and maintaining relationships with her long-standing clients. Although Staci loves all aspects of her career – the clients, the work, the creativity, and her coworkers, when taking a break, Staci can be found shopping, traveling, entertaining, and decorating. -

Shelly Barnaby loves to learn new things in the exciting world of beauty and health. After 33 years in the industry, she is still improving her skills, absorbing so much, and trying new things so her customers look fabulous. She loves working at the Scott Talbot SalonSpa because here she gets access to some of the most talented specialists in the country and invaluable hands-on experience. If you can’t find Shelly working with clients, she’s at home making unforgettable memories with her family.
Morgan Collinsworth
Morgan Collingsworth has been one of the top hair professionals here at Scott Talbot SalonSpa for over 3 years. Her fearlessness, creativity, and ability to push herself to new limits draws clients to her on a daily basis. She uses her creative freedom and diverse talents to adapt and employ many of the brilliant new techniques available to match today’s most modern style trends and achieve results no one else can. Morgan is an essential part of our salonspa family and helps to create a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere that our customers just love. Aside from turning hair into works of stunning art, Morgan enjoys spending time with her fiancé and her dog.
Peyton Beeching
I want to make people feel beautiful, that is why I became a hairstylist.
After graduating from R.G Drage Technical School Peyton began her career with the Scott Talbot Salon and Spa family in May of 2022 in their assist program. Peytons passion and hard work was quickly noticed by all as she progressed and excelled.
She looks forward to creating relationships and building trust behind the chair with her clients. Peyton specializes in Blonding while keeping the hair strong and healthy.
Outside of work, Peyton loves to spend time with her family, friends, and her two kitties Milo and Smokee.
Molly Boldizar
Molly loves spending time with her family. Her hobbies are shopping and sewing. She enjoys Bridal/Special occasion hair and since her hair is curly ,she has mastered working with curly hair. Molly wants to help others feel comfortable in their own skin. She feels always living in a positive present and staying teachable is the key to her success.

Gracie Cox - Level 4
Gracie Cox is a professionally trained and skilled esthetician bringing her contagious positivity and passion into everything she touches. Her compassion and kind nature shine through everyday with clients, wanting nothing more than to “make them look and feel their best”. Gracie received her formal training from the National Beauty College and continues her education through additional classes to offer her clients the latest trends and techniques. She specializes in custom facials, peels and microdermabrasion. Also offering body waxing and makeup for all occasions, she strives to giver her very best always.
Gracie has been licensed and the salon since 2003 and loves being a part of the team and doing what she does. It brings her such joy and satisfaction to give her clients a relaxing experience and help them attain optimal results with their skincare and beauty needs. She often says she cannot imagine doing anything else and feels incredibly blessed.Her favorite part of her job is being pivotal in a client’s skin transformation. Her drive and impeccable execution are noteworthy and continue to motivate those around her. When she is not at the salon, Gracie enjoys attending church activities and spending time with family and friends.
Rebecca Calkins - Level 3
Rebecca began her career in skin care at Scott Talbot Salonspa in 2001 in addition to her practice as a massage therapist. Another career of 20 plus years as an art model gave her a very unique appreciation for facial proportion and became a tremendous advantage in shaping eyebrows to maximally flatter the eye. She especially enjoys the immediate gratification of the enhanced appearance of nearly every person at any age.
These careers evolved from her natural pursuit of health and beauty. “When I look down through the magnifying lamp onto your face I am seeing a beautiful piece of art. My goal is to help you rectify whatever concerns you may have and teach you see the beauty that is already there.”
Susan Scott - Level 3
Susan Scott’s dedication to beauty goes beyond the skincare industry. Holding a full cosmetologist license, as well as receiving extensive training from various skincare brands, Susan brought her love of beauty from Chicago to Canton in 1990.
For Susan, the most rewarding aspect of working with people is simply giving guests an experience to remember. Her charismatic charm and genuine persona make it easy to fully enjoy any facial, microdermabrasion or makeup application.
When Susan is away from the spa you can find her enjoying pilates, interior decorating and art.

Anjolie Armentrout - Level 1
Anjolie provides facials, makeup, brow laminations and other skin care services. Her burning desire is to make people feel loved and beautiful inside and out. She loves serving in her church, painting and working out. She is currently studying French.
Anjolie says the key to her success is Philippians 4:13 and learning from other professionals in the industry. She loves working at Scott Talbot Salonspa with such kind people that are willing to help her develop her career.

I am a fully licensed cosmetologist that specializes in facials, relaxation massage and full body waxing. I am well versed in makeup, nails and pedicures. Although I specialize in many services, I take special care with each guest. I ONLY PERFORM SERVICES ON FEMALE GUESTS. I realized my passion in this industry when I was 5 and would make my brothers play spa with me. My goal is to always provide a relaxing environment that leaves you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. In my free time, I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, and playing cards with my husband and cat.

Conference Room
Large conference room 1400 square feet can be used for parties, meetings showers, corporate or spa events. Complete with a mini kitchen, projector, screen and use of tables and chairs. Room rental is $50 per hour plus deposit. If your spa event totals $300 or more, use of the room is complimentary for 2 hours based on availability.
